Ordering Information

    Guarantee - All Veach products are guaranteed for 12 months against defective materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted.  All items are sold under a 10-day unconditional money-back guarantee (shipping charges excluded), except for made-to-order items such as bonded type, QC Slides, and Logo Plates, which may be returned only to correct the error or Veach Company.  Type, in a set or by the piece is never returnable.  Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty and guarantee claims.  All returns must be preauthorized, please call for authorization number.

    Method of Shipping - It is our policy to ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) whenever and wherever possible.  Street address and phone number must be listed on the order form.  (UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.)  All orders are shipped f.o.b. Kennewick, WA.

    Shipping Time - Veach Machines and supplies are normally placed for pickup by UPS within the following times after receipt of order:

Accessories & Supplies 2 business days
Super PrintMaster GS-703C & ProPrint 31 14 business days
All other machines (without QC Slide or LogoPlates) 7 business days
LogoPlates, QC Slides, Logoblocks, and any machines ordered with them 14 business days

All orders are shipped when the order is complete.

COD's All COD's add $10.00 regardless of purchase or shipping.
Amount All COD's will be sent on a cash only basis.  Checks must be certified, cashiers checks or money orders.
Minimum $15.00 minimum order in value of merchandise.
Foreign Orders Before ordering, we suggest you get a quote from us on shipping charges and confirm current prices.
Overpayment It is our policy to make up the difference of overpayment in foil or other merchandise which you may specify depending on the amount of overpayment.
Current Prices All prices are subject to change without notice.
Returning Merchandise We will not accept merchandise returned without prior approval, please call.  Approval number must be visible on outside of box or package will be returned unopened.
Checks There is a $40.00 charge plus bank charges on all checks returned to us by your bank.
