Information Management
PDI Studio stores all customer data, eliminating the need for additional studio management or invoicing software. And once customer information is entered into the PDI Studio database, all images for that customer are automatically connected to their data at the time of image capture.

Image Capture
Once a customer's data and images are connected, the photographer can view and delete unwanted images or add new ones as needed.

Sales
All images are available for viewing and selection immediately following a photo session. Images can be presented to customers on a computer monitor, large screen TV or LCD projector. Previews can also be printed so clients can review their images at home. For remote viewing, images can be posted on the Internet using ImageWare's PDI Picturemore.com Web site.

Order Management and Fulfillment
All files can be tracked from data entry and image capture to preparing the file for printing or lab fulfillment. Files can be sent via the Internet or a CD to a PDI Participating Lab for fulfillment or printed in house.

PDI Studio Limited Edition (LE)
Upgrade to PDI Studio LE for features such as; calendaring & scheduling, client & session tracking, image editing & output, integrated marketing tools, links to MS Word, Excel & Access and powerful security.

PDI Studio Standard Edition (SE)
Upgrade to PDI Studio SE to access; all the features in PDI Studio LE, comprehensive invoicing and accounts receivable tools, proof and production status monitoring, automatic calling of customers to return proofs or for order pick ups, integration with Quickbooks® and reporting of daily sales, order status, accounts receivables and more.

PDI Studio Enterprise Edition (EE)
Upgrade to PDI Studio EE for large-scale features such as; all the features in PDI Studio SE, powerful syncing of data and images between networked offices, centralized reporting by studio, region or corporation and creation of custom & proprietary reports.
