Veach One Year Limited Warranty
 

    The Veach Company, Inc. warrants that if your Veach, Jones, Imark or GPS product  proves to be defective in workmanship or material under normal use, we will provide, without charge, the parts and labor to remedy any such defect for a period of one (1) year (parts & labor). Some limitations apply. Please contact Veach for further details.
   
    This warranty period commences on the date of purchase by the original consumer.  The duration of any implied warranty or warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, shall be limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty set forth.  In no event shall The Veach Company be liable for any loss in convenience or damages, (whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty, or warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, except as set forth herein.  Some states do not allow limitations or duration of implied warranty, and some states do not allow exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages.  If you live in one of those states some of these limitations may not apply to you.
   
    During the applicable warranty periods, The Veach Company will provide, without charge, the parts and labor necessary to remedy defect.  The Veach Company will at its option, repair or replace the defective machine.  The Veach Company may at its option furnish replacements or repair items on an exchange basis that could be either reconditioned or new.

 To obtain service under this warranty, please do the following:

1.        Call The Veach Company to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  When you call for an RMA number, you will be asked about the nature of the problem, type of machine, purchase date and/or invoice number.

2.        You must deliver or ship your product freight prepaid to The Veach Company.  Make sure to clearly indicate the RMA number on the SHIP TO label.  Please DO NOT return your machine to a dealer.

3.        Please include in the package a brief description of the problem/s you are encountering.

4.        If purchased from a dealer, please include with the machine either the retail seller’s original bill of sale, your charge or credit receipt or other proof of the date of the original retail purchase.

5.        Proper packing of your machine is necessary when shipping to our company.  You are responsible for any shipping & insurance charges and will bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.

 This warranty does not cover damage that occurs in transit or from alteration, accident, misuse or abuse or unauthorized repairs.
